Zara Whites (born November 8, 1968 in Hoeksche Waard, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands), born Esther Kooiman, is a Dutch former adult film actress and television personality. Throughout her career, she operated under various pseudonyms, including Paulina Peters, Zara White, and Amy.
She entered the entertainment industry in Italy, working as a topless dancer on the television quiz show Colpo grosso in 1987. After relocating to Paris and modeling for Penthouse magazine, she was encouraged by actor Rocco Siffredi to enter the adult entertainment industry. She made her film debut in The Challenge (1990).
Whites quickly became a prominent figure in the United States adult film market, working with notable directors such as John Stagliano and Andrew Blake. Following a brief but highly successful career, she retired from the industry in the early 1990s and returned to Paris.
