Jeannie Pepper (born Joan Desiree Ruedelstein on July 9, 1958, in Chicago, Illinois, USA) is an American actress and model whose professional career began in 1982. Throughout her career, she worked under several aliases, including Angel Hall, Joni Hall, Genie Pepper, Jeanie Pepper, and Jean Pepper. She appeared in more than 200 film productions and became one of the most recognizable performers of her era.
Over nearly three decades of activity, Pepper established an extensive screen portfolio and remained active in the industry well into the 2000s. Her professional achievements include becoming the first African-American woman inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame in 1997.
