Synopsis
After an insurance scam in the U.S. goes wrong, con man Jimmy Creed travels to Cambodia to collect his share of the payout from his elusive partner. Once there, he becomes entangled in a shadowy web of deceit, danger, and shifting loyalties in the unfamiliar streets of Phnom Penh.
