Chiharu Aoyama (青山ちはる), also known as Rumi Matsushita (松下ルミ), born April 19, 1967, in Japan, is a Japanese actress active mainly from the late 1980s to the 1990s. She debuted in September 1989 and became popular for her fresh and clean image. She later transitioned into multi-faceted entertainment and took breaks from acting, becoming a notable figure in Japanese media.
