Synopsis
In an unnamed West African country torn apart by civil war, young boy Agu (Abraham Attah) is forced to flee after his family is killed. Captured by a rebel faction, he is trained as a child soldier under the command of the charismatic yet ruthless Commandant (Idris Elba). As Agu adapts to the brutal world of war, his innocence erodes, leaving him struggling between survival and humanity.
